We at PURE WATER are reaching out to you to ensure you that we from end of April 2018 have adjusted our operating routines to be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation enforced from 25thMay 2018 by EU.
The regulation commands one set of data protection rules for all companies operating in the EU, wherever the Company is based. PURE WATER has an ambition of being as pure and transparent as the water we serve when we process your data at any time.
We kindly ask you to read through GDPR POLICY below. As this is a generic document we named you as the Client.
GDPR POLICY
PURE WATER (PW) will collect name, e-mail address and phone number of the contact point of the Cllient in order to provide the services under contract signed prior by the parties. This information will be used for billing and information exchange purposes.
Upon request of the Client, PW shall disclose any personal information collected from the Client.
The Client has the right to request amendments, or that PW delete parts of or all personal information collected from the Client. This especially for personal information that is not necessary or relevant for the PW fulfilment of this contract.
After the termination of the signed contract and the customer relationship has ended, all personal information collected from the Client, that is not necessary for accounting and auditing purposes, shall be deleted by PW.
PW shall not transfer personal information to third parties unless it is necessary of accounting or auditing reasons or requested by the Authorities.
PW shall not sell or trade personal information collected from the Client to/with other businesses.
PW shall not use the collected personal information from the Client for marketing purposes and or use the information for statistical means in order to compile the collected personal information with other information that is not necessary for PW fulfilment of the contract or relevant for the business relationship between the Client and the PW.
As according to the signed contract The Client contiuous to accepts to receive newsletters/customer contact by email or phone. The Client also continue to accept to be referred to as a Case Studie by PW.

We have´nt asked you to sign this letter as the above changes are not significant. This letter is purely to inform that we change our operations routines to be in accordance with the GDPR enforced from 25thMay 2018.
